Both Anyer and Carita have marinas where you can arrange fishing trips and boat trips to Ujun Kulon and other islands. There are also vendors on the beach offering these trips but you do need to bargain as the starting price normally will be quite high. On a good day with calm seas the trip out to the outer islands takes no longer that just over an hour with a two engine speed boat.
Make sure the boat is of a decent size as it will be safer should you encounter rough seas on the way back. It is well advised to return before 4pm in the afternoon in order to avoid large waves.
